Insight Partners leads $13.5m series A in Israeli loan platform
Hypercore, a Tel Aviv-based loan management platform for private credit funds, announced a US$13.5 million series A funding round led by Insight Partners on February 23, 2026.
The funding will support Hypercore’s AI Admin Agent, a new loan servicing technology that integrates AI with existing management systems.
The private credit market, valued at around US$3 trillion, faces growing operational complexity, and traditional admin agents are often manual and slow.
Hypercore’s platform manages over US$20 billion in assets across more than 10,000 loans, with rising demand for modern infrastructure.
The AI Admin Agent aims to improve speed, accuracy, and transparency by automating workflows and connecting borrowers, lenders, and limited partners through a unified interface.
Insight Partners’ managing director, Hagi Schwartz, will join Hypercore’s board. Atinc, which led the seed round, remains a key shareholder alongside Insight Partners.
The company aims to redefine loan servicing outcomes with its AI-driven approach.

🧠 Food for thought
Implications, context, and why it matters.
Hypercore is building on an established foundation
- Hypercore runs a cloud-based loan management platform for private credit funds. It supports commercial non-bank lenders with day-to-day loan servicing and operations 1.
- Before this funding, Hypercore managed more than US$20 billion in assets across over 10,000 loans. That footprint suggests the company is adding features to an active servicing business rather than launching a new product 1.
- The new funding may support growth. Hypercore is also listed as a sponsor for the InvestOps USA 2026 conference, which suggests interest in the US market 2.
AI is becoming a standard feature in financial technology
- Hypercore framed the funding around AI, which fits a broader shift in financial operations. AI now often sits on the must-have list, not the nice-to-have list.
- The field includes other AI-focused vendors at InvestOps USA 2026 such as OnCorps AI and Shift AI 2.
- It also faces established providers at the same event, including Aladdin by BlackRock (an institutional investment and risk management platform) and SS&C Advent (portfolio accounting and investment management software) 2.
- The competitive set spans manual workflows plus a growing pack of advanced software products.
