Indian SaaS platform Zaggle reports $2.9m net profit in Q1 2025

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services, a Hyderabad-based spend management platform, reported a 56.2% year-on-year rise in net profit to 26.1 crore rupee (US$2.98 million) for Q1 2025.

Revenue from operations rose 31.6% to 331.9 crore rupee (US$37.83 million), while adjusted EBITDA increased by 27.9% to 32.7 crore rupee (US$3.73 million).

The company added new clients in the quarter, including Hindustan Pencils, Apollo Health, MoEngage, Novozymes, DTDC, CK Birla Healthcare, and Truecaller.

Zaggle’s clients operate across banking, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, FMCG, infrastructure, and automobile sectors.

Total expenses rose to 309.5 crore rupee (US$35.3 million), with over 70% spent on point redemption and gift cards, while incentives and cashbacks cost 95.5 crore rupee (US$10.89 million).
