Indian menstrual care firm Healthfab nets $1m pre-series A

Healthfab, a menstrual care brand based in India, has raised US$1 million in pre-series A funding.

The round was led by Mistry Ventures, with participation from BeyondSeed, Thrive Ventures, and individual investors, including Anupam Mittal, Aman Gupta, Vineeta Singh, and Peyush Bansal.

This funding comes after a seed round in 2022, which was also led by BeyondSeed.

Founded by Kiriti Acharjee, Sourav Chakrabarty, and Satyajit Chakraborty, Healthfab specializes in sustainable menstrual products, such as GoPadFree.

This product is recognized as India’s first reusable period panty and has received certification from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
