The company operates at an annualized run rate of 250 crore rupee (US$28.25 million) and reported 10x year-on-year growth.

The company provides an AI-powered last-mile logistics system and works with over 20,000 brands across more than 50 cities.

Pidge also aims to further develop its technology and strengthen its supply-side logistics network with the new funding.

Third-party SaaS providers can integrate with Pidge’s platform used by 20,000+ brands

  • Pidge is moving into tier 2 and tier 3 Indian cities, plus it is testing select international pilots, so commerce enablement software along with other SaaS tools can connect via its application programming interface (API) 2. The company says 20,000+ brands use the platform across 50+ cities.
  • It offers prebuilt hooks for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), email marketing, and other business tools 3. That opens partner routes for vendors serving direct-to-consumer (D2C) buyers and e-commerce teams.
  • API docs plus step-by-step guides sit on platforms like ClickPost, a shipping software provider with tracking 4, which already runs automated dispatch with status updates for Pidge users.
  • Vendors building logistics, fulfillment automation, or customer experience products could plug in to reach growing businesses in emerging Indian markets.
