Mintifi, a Mumbai-based fintech startup, has secured US$180 million in its series E funding round.

The new capital will support expansion into key sectors and enhance supply chain financing.

This round, involving both primary and secondary transactions, was co-led by Teachers’ Venture Growth (TVG) and Prosus, with continued support from Premji Invest.

Prosus has previously acquired a 10.65% stake in Mintifi with a US$79.9 million contribution.

Following the investment, Darius Vakil of TVG and Apoorve Goyal of Prosus will join Mintifi’s board.
