ICE expands Polymarket stake with new $600m funding
Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), the owner of the New York Stock Exchange, said it has invested an additional US$600 million in Polymarket as part of an equity fundraising round.
The company also plans to buy up to US$40 million in Polymarket securities from existing shareholders.
ICE first invested US$1 billion in Polymarket in October 2025. The latest funding brings its total commitment higher as it continues to expand its position in the platform.
Further details, including the valuation of the latest investment, are expected to be disclosed after the Polymarket’s fundraising is completed.
