Honasa CBO Zairus Master resigns amid company struggles
Zairus Master, chief business officer (CBO) of Honasa Consumer, has announced his resignation, effective February 28, 2025, citing personal reasons.
Honasa has not yet appointed a successor for the outgoing CBO.
In his email to employees, Master called his time at Honasa as an “incredible journey” and expressed his intention to stay connected with the company.
Master, who joined Honasa in 2021 from Shine.com, has over two decades of experience with previous roles at Airtel, Nokia, and Hindustan Unilever.
Master’s exit comes as Honasa faces challenges, including a net loss of 18.6 crore rupees (US$2.17 million) in Q2 FY25, down from a profit of 29.4 crore rupees (US$3.43 million) the previous year.
