GoTo names COO Patuwo as next CEO, succeeding Walujo
GoTo Group has nominated Hans Patuwo as its next CEO, pending shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting on December 17, 2025.
He would take over from Patrick Walujo, who has led the company since June 2023.
Patuwo has worked at Gojek, GoPay, and GoTo since 2018, serving in operational and leadership roles.
GoTo Group is also proposing changes to its board.
Ade Mulyana is resigning as director of public affairs and communications, and commissioners Pablo Malay and Winato Kartono are stepping down.
Andre Soelistyo and Santoso Kartono have been nominated to join the board of commissioners.
