Google expands AI app Opal to 15 new countries

Google has expanded its AI app Opal to 15 more countries, including Singapore, India, Japan, and Brazil.

Opal lets users build simple web apps using text prompts and is now available in markets like South Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Argentina.

The app generates functional mini web apps from user descriptions, offering customization options and workflow sharing.

New updates include faster app creation, improved no-code debugging, and support for running multiple workflow steps simultaneously.

First launched in the US in July 2025, Opal competes with other no-code tools such as Canva, Figma, and Replit.
