Financial software Intuit’s stock rises after Q2 earnings beat

Intuit reported revenue of US$3.96 billion in its second quarter, surpassing expectations of US$3.83 billion.

The adjusted earnings for this quarter were US$3.32 per share, which also exceeded analysts’ forecasts of US$2.58 per share.

Intuit has projected its third-quarter revenue to be between US$7.55 billion and US$7.60 billion, exceeding analyst estimates of US$7.51 billion.

Demand for the company’s software solutions, including AI-driven tools, is strong during the United States tax season, which typically sees a high volume of filings.
