Doosan Corp. and LG CNS signed a memorandum of understanding at LG Science Park in western Seoul on June 18 to work together on data centers, hydrogen drone logistics, AI, and robotics transformation.

The companies said they would set up a joint task force and draw up detailed operating plans within a month.

For data centers, Doosan will explore integrating fuel cells from Doosan Mobility Innovation, its hydrogen fuel cell and drone unit, into LG CNS projects. This would expand Doosan Mobility Innovation’s portfolio of hydrogen fuel cell systems, supply systems, and drones.

The partnership also aligns with LG CNS’s infrastructure business, which operates multiple data centers and provides consulting, construction, operations, and migration services.

The company is also promoting modular AI data centers that can be deployed in six months.

The companies said they would also create a framework to expand a hydrogen fuel cell-based logistics business they have pursued since 2025.

They will also identify use cases for robot platforms, agentic AI, autonomous maintenance systems, and digital twin technology.
