Cybersecurity firm Armis buys Israel’s Otorio for $120m
Cybersecurity firm Armis has acquired Otorio, an Israeli company that specializes in operational technology (OT) and cyber-physical systems (CPS) security.
The estimated value of the deal is around US$120 million and aims to enhance Armis’ cybersecurity offerings for industrial environments.
Otorio’s Titan platform will be integrated into Armis’ Centrix cloud-based cyber exposure management suite.
This integration will strengthen OT and CPS security features.
