Chinese healthcare firm Weimai raises $27.3m series D

Weimai, a digital healthcare solutions provider based in Hangzhou, China, has raised 200 million yuan (around US$27.3 million) in a series D funding round.

The company plans to use the funding to expand its healthcare services and enhance disease management solutions through AI and digital tools.

The funding round included new investors such as CNCB Investment, Choice Capital, Yuhang Transformation Industry Investment, Deqing Industry Development Investment, and Nanhu Investment.

Existing investors, including Source Code Capital, Cenova Ventures, and Vision+ Capital, also participated in the funding.
