China's Neta Auto EV sales soar by 500% in Indonesia

Chinese EV manufacturer Neta Auto saw a 500% year-on-year increase in orders for 2024, according to its Indonesia managing director Wenjun Huang.

This comes as Neta Auto committed itself to keeping vehicle prices stable amid rising EV taxes in Indonesia

The company seeks to maintain affordability as it expands its presence in the country.

The EV maker also showcased its latest lineup – including the NETA V-II Urban Sport Concept, a model designed specifically for the Indonesian market – at the 2025 Indonesia International Motor Show
