Blockchain and IT development firm Yudiz announced the resignation of chief financial officer (CFO) Zarna Shah, effective Jan. 31.
Shah cited personal commitments as the reason for her departure. She will also resign from her role as key managerial personnel responsible for determining material events for stock exchange disclosures.
Founded in 2011, Yudiz specializes in web and mobile app development and emerging technologies, including AR/VR, AI/ML, blockchain, and IoT.

This resignation follows the departure of chief supply chain officer Raveena Bohra in October 2024.
