Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, is still considering potential locations for its global headquarters, according to CEO Richard Teng.

Speaking at Abu Dhabi Finance Week, Teng highlighted tax laws and the ability to attract talent as critical factors in the decision.

In 2023, Binance introduced a seven-member board of directors, including three independent members, to improve corporate governance.

Teng did not disclose which regions are being considered.
