Autonomous driving startup QCraft raises $100m series D

QCraft, an autonomous driving solutions company founded in 2019 and headquartered in California and China, has closed a US$100 million Series D funding round backed by Wonderland Capital, Ningbo Ninghai Xingtaihe Fund, Liangxi Science and Innovation Industry Investment Fund Partnership, and unnamed strategic investors from a leading OEM and an automotive electronics components supplier.

The company said it will use the funds for physical AI research, including world models and reinforcement learning, and to strengthen organizational capabilities and its global talent pipeline.

QCraft said its QPilot system is deployed in more than 1 million production vehicles across nearly 30 models with close to 10 OEM partners, and that its L4 last-mile logistics vehicles are in commercial use in cities including Jinhua, Wuhu, and Ningbo.

QCraft said it plans a robotaxi pilot in 2026 and is targeting full-scale deployment in 2027.
