Together AI, a US-based AI cloud infrastructure startup founded in 2022, said on July 1 it raised US$800 million in a series C round led by Aramco Ventures at a US$8.3 billion valuation.

Other investors included Vista Equity Partners, General Catalyst, Emergence Capital, Nvidia, March Capital, Pegatron, and SentinelOne’s S Ventures.

The company offers infrastructure for AI inference, fine-tuning, pre-training, and graphics processing unit (GPU) clusters, including serverless and dedicated model serving.

The funding follows Together AI’s US$305 million series B at a US$3.3 billion valuation in February 2025, and its US$102.5 million series A in 2023.

Together AI said annual bookings topped US$1.15 billion in its last quarter, and it serves thousands of paying customers, including Cursor, Cognition, and Decagon.

Aramco Ventures’ lead role fits its AI investment strategy, which spans chips, computing infrastructure, model development, and applications.
