Amazon to launch 24 internet satellites on SpaceX rocket

Amazon will launch 24 Project Kuiper internet satellites aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket on July 16.

The mission, named KF-01, is scheduled to lift off from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, with a 27-minute launch window.

This deployment will increase the total number of Kuiper satellites in orbit to 78.

Amazon plans to deploy over 3,200 satellites into low Earth orbit for its first-generation constellation.
