Happy Mother’s Day to all moms and entrepreneurs across the world. A friend of mine said that entrepreneurs, too, are considered moms, given the amount of time and attention they put in for their baby start-ups.
Although I don’t really agree with the analogy, I can understand why he sees things this way. Entrepreneurs aren’t moms if they build the start-up with the aim to sell it. In contrast, most mothers wouldn’t have an exit strategy for her children. (It would be sick if she does.)
