Facebook Talks about Marketing in Southeast Asia [EVENT]

If you’re free this Wednesday (26 January), join us at Web Wednesday’s event at Beer Market Singapore.

Both Stephen Chun and David Yang of Facebook Asia will be sharing on the world’s largest social network’s progress in Southeast Asia.

The event will also talk about the role of brands in location-based marketing and social media. The event is a free-for-all and doesn’t require registration but we’re guessing that Beer Market will be packed this Wednesday. Hint: Be early and grab a good spot.

More about the speakers as described by Web Wednesday:

Stephen has been with Facebook in Singapore since the middle of 2010 and was previously the VP at McCann Worldwide responsible for the Intel APAC Digital relationship. His experience includes McCann Erickson, MRM and Ogilvy.

David has also been with Facebook since the middle of last year and was previously the VP, Business Development at Friendster and has strong experience at MTV and
Seagate.

Venue: Beer Market, Clarke Quay, at The Foundry #02-02
